AIIMS OPD Guide is an independent information website, and AIIMS processes and official interfaces can change. If a guide appears inaccurate or outdated, send enough non-sensitive detail for the editorial team to verify the issue.
What to include
- the URL or exact title of the guide;
- the sentence, contact detail or step that may be wrong;
- the official AIIMS, ORS or government page showing the current information;
- the date you noticed the difference.
Do not send an OTP, UHID, Aadhaar number, ABHA number, appointment ID, password, prescription, report, symptom description or other medical information.
What happens next
The reported statement is compared with the relevant official source. Confirmed changes are corrected with an updated review date. If the evidence is incomplete, the claim may be withheld until it can be verified.
This process cannot investigate an individual appointment, retrieve a lab report or contact AIIMS on a patient's behalf.
